2011: Aug - P-51 on its gear looking great and getting close to completion.
2011: Aug 15, first flight with Dan Martin as pilot. Eddie Andreini will take the controls after another test flight. Congrats to Eddie Andreini, Dave Teeters and his crew.
2011: Aug 16, 2nd test flight by Dan Martin with Dave Teeters in the rear seat. After that, proud new owner Eddie Andreini put on his flight suit, helmet and climbed inside N451EA. Eddie has been flying his Yak in top notch airshow displays for years now. Transitioning to the P-51 will be easy. After a briefing from Dave and Dan, Andreini started her up and took to the cool Salinas air like a pro. The marine layer was coming in as he landed, just like at Half Moon Bay. Congrats to Eddie!
