NOTES:
- While 7723C was FAD 1919, it was still registered in the USA. No FAA record of Brian O'Farrell owning N7723C. 44-74469 rep. returned in 1984 and was sold by Lindsay Newspapers in 1986. TFA/Lindsay held title since 1958.
- Sometime, before 2000, the aircraft "destroyed" by Hurricane Andrew was rebuilt/restored in Chino CA.

2000: Apr 18, Letter to FAA stating that an aircraft serial# 44-74469, in a hangar at Chino CA has been restored and is airworthy but not currently registered with the FAA.
2000: Jun 20, FAA reinstated 44-74469, N1251D, Classic American Aircraft Inc.
2000: October, airworthy and flying - Bare metal with blue spinner, cuffed blades
2002: May, shipped to Mike Vadeboncoeur's Midwest Aero Restorations, Ltd., Danville IL for full restoration as Major Louis H. Norley's "Red Dog"

2006: May 31, N74469, North American Aviation Inc, (not the original North American Aircraft Co)
2006: unveiled at Oshkosh Airventure in July. The restoration is first class. Take a very close look at the workmanship, it is excellent. "Red Dog" won Reserve Grand Champion at EAA Airventure, congratulations Mike!
